CloseYourDeal.com™ allows you to open, process, and close a real estate transaction online. You can send messages, exchange documents, and manage the entire real estate transaction — with no cost to you.

You can transfer all property data from your Realcomp Online listing directly into your CloseYourDeal.com transaction file.   

Procedures

How do I open a transaction in CloseYourDeal.com?

  1. Click CloseYourDeal. An introductory page appears explaining that you are preparing to send the appropriate data to CloseYourDeal.com.

  2. Click Continue to transfer to CloseYourDeal.com. You will automatically be logged on using your Realcomp Online User ID and password. If you do not have an existing account on CloseYourDeal.com, one will be created for you using your Realcomp Online log on information.

  3. Follow the prompts in the CloseYourDeal.com New File Creation wizard.
