After you click on a listing’s MLS Number hyperlink, the system displays the listing’s details in a flyer format.
You can change the flyer format, obtain a mortgage estimate, print the flyer, view listing attachments, start a CMA Report, and return to the report view.
How do I view the previous and next listing’s flyer?
Click the Previous or Next hyperlinks.
How do I select a different flyer format?
Select the flyer format you want to use from the Select different flyer format drop-down list.
How do I return to the report format?
Click the Back to List button.
Click Printable View.
When the printable view window appears, use your browser's Print function.
How do I obtain a mortgage estimate?
Click Mortgage.
Enter the requested information into the fields. Note that you don't need to use commas or any other type of punctuation.
Click Calculate Mortgage.
If you'd like to use different scenarios, you can make changes and click Reset the Values.
Click Map Property.
The Map Blast Web site appears for you to map the property.
How do I view listing attachments?
Click Attachments.
Select the attachments you want to view.
Click Start CMA.
