E-mailing all search results

When you click the E-mail This List button, the system e-mails the entire list of matches.

E-mailing selected listings

When you select listings in a report view, click the View Selected button, and then click the E-mail This List button. The system e-mails only the listings you indicate.

E-mailing and managing prospects

When you click the Save Prospect button, you can choose to send an e-mail notification to your clients. The e-mail contains a link to a web site that contains the entire list of matches. The web site remains active for 30 days. You can also choose to have the system automatically notify you and your clients when new matches are added to the list.
