Report Formats

After you conduct a search, the system displays the listings that match your specific search criteria in a report format.

Notice that the buttons at the top of the list apply to the entire list while the buttons at the bottom of the list only apply to the listings you select.

How do I change the sort order?

Note: You indicate your default report format through the My Preferences page.

How do I create a custom report format?

  1. Select "Design New Report" from the Select different report format drop-down list.

  2. In the Create New Custom Report page, name the list by entering the name into the Report Name field and add a description into the Description field.

  3. Add the criteria to be displayed on the report by selecting the appropriate field from the Available Fields list and clicking the Add button. The fields then appear in the Selected Fields list.

  4. You can change the order of how the fields appear by selecting the field and clicking Move Up and Move Down.

  5. Link the flyer format view to a field by selecting the field from the Selected Fields list and clicking FlyerLink. For instance, if you want to access the flyer view through the MLS Number, select “MLS Number” and then click Flyer Link. If you do not indicate which field to link, the system uses the first field in the Selected Fields list.

  6. Click Save.

How do I print the full list of matches?

  1. Click Printable View.

  2. When the printable view window appears, use your browser's Print function.

How do I print selected listings?

  1. Select the appropriate listings.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Print Selected.

  3. Select the report format you want from the Report drop-down list.

  4. Select the flyer format you want from the Flyer drop-down list.

  5. Click Print.

  6. When the printable view window appears, use your browser's Print function.

How do I export listing information?

  1. Select "Design New Report" from the Select different report format drop-down list.

  2. In the Create New Custom Report page, name the export list by entering the name into the Report Name field and add a description into the Description field.

  3. Add the fields you want to include in your export list by selecting the fields from the Available Fields list and clicking Add. The fields then appear in the Selected Fields list.

  4. You can change the order of how the fields export by selecting the field and clicking Move Up and Move Down.

  5. Click Save.

  6. In the Report page, click Export.

  7. When downloading the export list to the desired location, save the file as a .csv or .txt file.

How do I export to Pocket Real Estate?

  1. Click the Export to Palm Pilot button. Your browser displays a dialog box allowing you to save the file.

  2. In the File Download dialog box, click Save this File to disk.

  3. Click the OK button.

  4. Save the file in a location such as the My Documents folder.

  5. When you have downloaded the file to your computer, you are ready to synchronize with Pocket Real Estate.

How do I email the full list?

  1. Click Email This List.

  2. In the Email Property List page, enter the requested information into the fields. Refer to the following list for field tips:

  4. Click Send.

How do I email selected listings?

  1. Select the appropriate listings.

  2. Click Email Selected.

  3. Enter the requested information into the fields.

  4. Edit the email text if necessary.

  5. Click Send.

How do I save my search as a prospect?

  1. Click Save Prospect.

  2. In the Save Prospects window, enter the requested information into the fields. Refer to the following table for field tips:

The system places the prospect in the Prospects area.

How do I refine my search?

  1. Click Refine Search.

  2. Make changes to the search criteria.

  3. Click Search.

How do I view results on previous and next pages?

  1. Click the Previous and Next hyperlinks to view more results.

  2. You can also click the number hyperlinks to view the corresponding results page.

How do I select all listings?

How do I view only the selected listings?

  1. Select the appropriate listings.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click View Selected.

How do I view more details on an individual listing?

Remember that your flyer format hyperlink may not be the MLS Number field if you created a custom report template and linked the flyer format to a different field.

How do I start a CMA Report?

  1. Select the listings you want to compare.

  2. Click CMA Selected.
